Over and over he has seen traditional recruitment practices resulting in high turnover of staff and high costs to the business, simply because the people are not in the right jobs. Kevin is passionate about getting the right person for the role first time, resulting in higher performance from the individual and a better result for the business.

 As a passionate believer in organisational psychology principles and developing the potential within individuals and organisations, Kevin identified the potential of adapting psychological instruments for use with next-generation internet technologies to deliver a powerful tool that empowered employers and employees alike. Kevin is now using this tool to predict high performance in recruitment and to develop talent retention strategies.

 Kevin has extensive experience as a Management Consultant and Organisational Change Specialist consulting widely to Australian industry and completing over 40 major organisational change projects.
